We were in town on business and had dinner here. The scallops were the best I've ever had—absolutely outstanding. The steak was also excellent, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The only disappointment was the French fries. Unfortunately, they were dry, overcooked, and just not very good. They were the only thing that took away from an otherwise fantastic meal. Overall, everything else was wonderful, and the service and food made for a great dining experience. I would definitely return, but I'd skip the French fries next time.

如果你习惯吃亚洲菜千万别来。recently dined at Le Café Cent-Dix after hearing many recommendations from both friends and ChatGPT. Given the restaurant’s strong reputation, we decided to give it a try, even though we had to wait about an hour for a table. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to my expectations. I ordered the Steak Frites, and the steak was disappointing. It was quite chewy with a significant amount of connective tissue, making parts of it difficult to eat. I also found the seasoning underwhelming, especially considering the price point. On the positive side, the service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, and the dessert was genuinely excellent—the highlight of the evening. I understand that many people enjoy this restaurant, and perhaps other dishes are stronger than the steak. However, based on my experience, I found the steak to be poor value for the price. While I can appreciate why others may rate this restaurant highly, it simply wasn’t the right fit for my taste.

You realize something strange about restaurants as you get older. You think they’re judged by the food, the wine, the presentation, the chef, the atmosphere. You think the experience lives in the plate. But sometimes the entire memory of a night can be damaged before you even sit down. From the moment we walked in, something felt off. The hostess greeted us with a kind of coldness that quietly settled over the entire room. It’s strange how one person at the entrance can shift the emotional temperature of a place before anything else even happens. And the irony is, the people in the kitchen were absolutely crushing it. You could see the cooks working hard, moving with urgency, pouring effort into every plate. The food itself was genuinely great. The chef deserves credit. The staff behind the scenes deserves credit. They were building something good while something else, harder to explain, was unraveling out front. The wine selection was terrible, but somehow that wasn’t even the disappointing part. What sticks with me is the philosophy of it all. Going out to eat with family and friends is never just about food. People spend money chasing a feeling. A memory. A moment together.

Best food, service, and ambiance! Every dish was absolutely exquisite — beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, which made the whole experience even more special. What truly stood out was their kindness and honesty. My daughter accidentally left her bag and hat behind, and the staff actually ran after us to make sure we got them back. That level of care and attention is rare these days. An amazing experience from beginning to end. We can’t wait to come back!

An absolutely incredible dining experience in every aspect. The food, atmosphere, and service all complimented each other beautifully and made for a stunning night. The meal is ordered all at once and coursed out, allowing to be continuously one upped by the last item and be continuously impressed by the dishes. The appetizer dishes blew me away and somehow the food maintained or surpassed the quality at every turn. Service was impeccable and very well informed on all the dishes, exactly what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. No weak points in this dinner at all. Highly highly recommend coming here if you are looking for an elegant and delicious meal that will blow you away, as long as you’re prepared to pay accordingly, but it will be worth it.
